Our coached sessions structure  

  

Swim

Coached sessions:
Thursday evenings 20:00-21:00 at Waterfront Leisure Center, Woolwich.
Sunday evenings 20:00-21:00 at Eric Liddell Sports Center, Mottingham.

Also, during warmer months we swim at Leybourne Lakes

Bike  

Club Rides:
Meet at the Tea Hut/Truck Stop at 8:30am on Shooters Hill Road with the junction of Golfers Road, Blackheath.

We have the luxury of riding out into North Kent and the challenging climbs of the North Downs Ridge, routes are discussed and organised on the members discussion group - it is best to check before turning up on a Saturday morning!  For novice rides and potential members it is essential that you  This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it   the club 3 days before the ride date to ensure the ride is going ahead and that you are properly prepared for the ride.

Wednesday Night Turbo Sessions:
Our turbo sessions take place at Blackheath RUFC in the Barbarians Bar Room from 7:30pm each Wednesday and last for apporximately an hour, bring your trainers to make it a brick session if you like.
Shower facilites are avilable and cost of session is £2 per person.
Dont forget your bike or turbo trainer either, also bring along a sweat towel and bottle of drink.

Run

Tuesday evenings 19.30 in Greenwich Park, meet at the bandstand - sessions vary depending on time of year.
During the autumn & winter months when the park closes earlier we move out onto the heath, meet point is here.
